PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The team are excited to be part of this landmark project, whom the client is LT McGuinness.
Based on the main street in Tauranga CBD, this Green Star project will one day house the Tauranga City Council administration team.
The project is set to be the largest modern mass timber office building in New Zealand.
What is exciting for Jensen Steel is we are able to play our part in the project too – providing the large K-Frame bracing elements which you can see run the height of the structure in different locations. Throughout the building, steel is also incorporated in aesthetic design features, as well as stairways and plant rooms.
