• A landmark project in the Tauranga CBD where Jensen Steel worked alongside Hawkins Construction over a 15month period.
  
  
• There is over 2000tonne of steel in the structure.
  
  
• The development has carparking, a Farmers Department store, apartments and luxury townhouses which have views over the Tauranga harbour.
