Having worked under CBC on other Tauranga projects ANZ Elizabeth Street and Trustpower Durham Street, it is great to be part of these local stand out developments.
2 Devonport, located on Tauranga’s strand, will receive views across the Tauranga CBD, harbour, and through to Mount Maunganui. It has a pipe column and floor beam design.
A portion of the floor beams are custom manufactured beams provided by Steltech.
There is over 1100 tonne of fabricated steel is this project.
