PROJECT OVERVIEW:

  • The undertaking of the Harbour Bridge reworking, posed the huge challenge of fabricating a 70 tonne custom welded beam.

  • The beam took nearly the length of the fabrication shop and this was when it was broken down into manageable sections.

  • Jensen Steel also constructed the casting shed, where the concrete was prepared for the bridge expansion.
